What is REACT Online?
REACT Online is an Office Training and Coaching Program that pairs training with activity execution to ensure results. REACT Online offers a Sales Skills and Lead Generation Program, and a Sponsoring and Recruiting Program. Both programs require an office subscription an a Broker, Franchisee, or Manager to act as Training Leader
What is required of the Training Leader?
The Training Leader must commit to preparing for each activity, whether sales or recruiting, per the instructions provided by REACT Online, and the Training Leader must participate in each Activity-Based Training. In addition, the training leader should actively encourage agents to participate in weekly Activity-Based Training Sessions.
Why does each office need a Training Leader?
The Activity-Based portions of the training require preparation. Preparation may be in the form of procuring leads for call nights, customizing marketing materials for agents to use when prospecting (templates & instructions provided), coordinating where agents go to prospect for in the field activities, or planning a buyer seminar. Additionally, the Training Leader is required to be present in training to ensure that agents execute each activity and should any agent require additional coaching outside of regular class times, the training leader should bring that to Johnny’s attention.
This program is for Franchisees and Brokers who want to play an active role in increasing their agent’s production and the growth of their brokerage. REACT Online is as much a Broker and Franchisee Coaching Program as it is an Agent Sales Training Program. Training Leader participation in REACT Online builds camaraderie between Training Leader and Agents fostering an atmosphere of success where agents strive to become the best agents they can be and Brokers and Franchisees help guide their agents to become the best in the business.
How many hours should the Training Leader expect to commit?
Each Training Leader should expect to commit 10-15 hours per week for the Sales Program. For the Rapid Results Recruiting Program, Training Leaders should budget 6-10 hours per week for appointments for each agent participating in the call sessions. While there is a large time commitment, the Training Leader is being required to spend time on things that will have the direct effect of increasing the profitability of the brokerage quickly; things the Broker or Franchisee should be doing anyway to help their brokerage and their agents succeed.
